The walk/run/jog is an activity designed to encourage people to do cardiovascular exercise. Each participant will receive a chart and a map. This challenge is on the honor system. This challenge will consist of two levels, Beginners and Advance. Beginners will do one lap per week, and Advance will do two laps per week. As each week passes, you will add one or two laps per week. Example, the first week, each individual will be asked to walk/jog/run (twice a week) one lap around the college. The second week they would be asked to do two laps around the college, and so on. Every week that you achieve a task, you will receive a fitness related item (water bottle, wrist band, etc).
