
Withdrawal cut-off dates and the refund schedule are published in the Course Schedule Booklet. It is the responsibility of the student to be aware of these dates and submit a withdrawal form to the Enrollment Services Expresss Office.
WITHDRAWALS
To withdraw from a class or all classes, students must complete and submit a Course Drop or Total Withdrawal Form to the Enrollment Services Express Office. No class attendance does not constitute an official withdrawal and is not covered by the refund policy.
A total withdrawal becomes effective on the date the student gives written notice to his/her academic division counselor. Written notice by mail becomes effective the day after the letter is postmarked.
