Students who completed their degree either in August 2012 or December 2012.

Students who are completing their degree requirements either in Spring or Summer I 2013.

Each graduate will be given up to (6) Graduation Invitations and a Cap and Gown package. Students must present ECC their Student ID Card. Graduation Invitations, Cap and Gown will be released ONLY to the graduating student. Report to the College Bookstore, First Level, Main Campus, to pick up Graduation Invitations and your Cap and Gown. Please follow the distribution schedule below to avoid delays or disappointments. All Caps and Gowns must be picked up by May 14th.

August 2012 & December 2012 Degree Recipients

Thursday May 2nd (10am – 5:30pm)

Friday May 3rd (9am – 3pm)

May 2013 Degree Candidates

Tuesday May 7th (10am – 5pm Last Names A – F)

Wednesday May 8th (10am – 6pm Last Names G – O)

Thursday May 9th (10am – 5pm Last Names P – Z)

Summer I 2013 Degree Candidates

Wednesday May 13th (10am – 5pm)

Thursday May 14th (10am – 6pm)

Attend Graduation Rehearsal, and enjoy light refreshments.
Date: Wednesday, May 15th, at 6pm
Place: J. Harry Smith Lecture Hall, Room 2131, Second Level.

The College has contracted a professional photography company, Thornton Studios to take your graduation photos. A complimentary proof of your photos will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. There is no obligation to purchase and you are not required to bring a cap and gown, as one will be provided for you. Thornton Studios will be in the Clara Dasher Student Center as following dates and times:
Photo Dates: Monday, April 22nd to Friday, April 26th (9am – 6pm)
Ring Dates: Tuesday, April 23rd to Thursday, April 25th

Parking is available for a charge at commercial lots around the Prudential Center.
