Eligibility to participate in Commencement Ceremony
Students who completed their degree or certificates in August 2011 or December 2011, and students who will be completing requirements in Spring 2012 or Summer I 2012 are generally eligible to participate in the annual commencement ceremony.
Pick up Graduation Invitations and Cap & Gown
Distribution will be made from the Main Campus College Bookstore, First Level.
You must present your ECC ID card. Each graduate will be given up to (6) graduation invitations and a cap and gown package. Please follow the distribution schedule below to avoid disappointment. Graduation Invitations, Cap and Gown will ONLY be released to the graduating student

Cap and Gown Photos & Class Rings
The College has contracted a professional photography company, Thornton Studios to take your Cap and Gown photos. A complimentary proof of your Cap and Gown photos will be
sent to the e-mail address you provide. There is no obligation to purchase and you are not required to bring a cap and gown, one will be provided for you. Thornton Studios will be in the Clara Dasher Student Center as follows:
Photo Dates
Through April 27, 2012 (10am – 2pm & 3pm – 6pm)
Ring Dates
Through April 27, 202 (11am – 4pm)
May 3, 2012 (11am – 4pm)
May 21, 2012 (1pm – 5:30pm)
