How You Can Help

Essex County College has a long standing tradition of commitment to providing students with meaningful educational experiences and preparing them for success in a rapidly changing workplace. To this end, we are constantly seeking to expand the range of educational opportunities that are available to our student population.

As an Alumnus(a), you can help ECC enrich the academic lives of students in one or two ways:

Job Shadowing
Through this program students gain exposure to career fields by working with an Alumnus(a) for two days or more days at the sponsor’s place of business.

Co-op Employment
Is your company in the process of increasing production, starting a new project or working on a special short term assignment? Is your company interested in minimizing recruitment costs? If so, you can help by identifying for us work assignments at your place of business that offer the opportunity to enhance academic learning.
