To be awarded, you must first have a complete file in the ECC Office of Financial Aid by the Priority Processing Deadlines listed above. Your file is complete when the office has received an Institutional Student Information Record (ISIR) from the federal processor and you have submitted all documents as requested by the ECC Office of Financial Aid. If your file is incomplete by the deadline dates, we will continue to process your application, but you must be prepared to pay your registration bill or sign up for the College’s Deferred Payment Plan.
