In the Finance area, our mission is to provide oversight and management of the College’s fiscal affairs. Major responsibilities include budget preparation and control, financial statement preparation and presentation, grants management, capital project financing and accounting, general accounting and business services, and student account billing and receivables. We are also responsible for all aspects of internal and external financial audits and for ensuring that all financial accounting and reporting is conducted in accordance with generally acceptable accounting standards and in compliance with the requirements of external funding sources and federal and state laws. We are committed to the prudent stewardship of all financial resources to support student success at Essex County College, where we exceed expectations!
