The Essex County College Foundation, Inc. is a tax-exempt, not-for-profit corporation authorized and established by the Trustees of Essex County College in 1975.  The Foundation’s focus is on raising funds from individuals in the private sector, corporations and foundations.  The Foundation Board of Directors includes leaders from the corporate world who have taken a personal and professional interest in Essex County College.  They are committed to working collaboratively with the President and Board of Trustees to meet institutional needs through a variety of fundraising efforts.

The Board, chaired by Edna Y. Baugh, Esq., currently includes members from major corporations, professional firms and statewide organizations, i.e., Verizon, Grad Associates, Wachovia Bank, Primerica-Global Performance Group, City National Bank, Attorneys Insurance Services, Spectraform, M & M Development, Productive Business Solutions, Inc. and the Center for Financial Training.
