About Us Information Technology is located on the fourth floor of the Mega Structure on the Newark Main Campus. Our Office Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday. We provide campus-wide computing services and resources to students, faculty, administrators, and staff. However, Enrollment Services Express provides assistance to students for registration, MyECC portal, and email. ESX is located on the fourth floor of the Mega Structure on the Main Campus. Employees, adjuncts, and faculty members should consult the Help Desk FAQ on the website before coming to IT with your issue. If the answer to your question is not there, then please email helpdesk. Requests sent via email or through the IT HelpDesk are given top priority over phone and walk-ins.
