Course Description: This course features fundamental and advanced drawing from life. It uses the skeleton, live models and a variety of drawing media. Anatomy and proportion are emphasized.
Course Goals: Upon successful completion of this course, students should be able to do the following:
- demonstrate knowledge of the muscles and bones of the human body by drawing them correctly;
- utilize various problem-solving techniques to draw the human form at rest and in motion using various media; and
- produce a portfolio.
