The College’s HIV/AIDS awareness program this semester culminates Friday, April 4 with the Unmasking the Myth Masquerade Ball. With proceeds earmarked for the AIDS Research Foundation for Children and the Cap City AIDS Fund, the ball will “unmask” the many myths surrounding HIV/AIDS, said Dr. Margaret Stevens, College Urban Issues Institute (UII) director.


Tickets for the ball, in the College’s dining hall, are priced $5 for students and $10 for the general public. Information is available at 973.877.3239. College sponsors include UII, the Communications Program, Short Films Club, Hip Hop Students Association, and Office of Student Life & Activities.
