ECC students are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes and maintains an educational environment conducive to learning and collegiality. The College has established reasonable standards of behavior for students and reserves the right to take action, including suspension or expulsion, against any
student whose conduct is deemed unacceptable.

The College Judicial Committee, comprised of students, faculty, and staff, reviews behavioral grievances brought by a member of the College community against a student and renders a recommendation of action to the Dean of Student Affairs.
