REGISTRATION
In-person registration: Monday – Friday, 9am – 4:30pm

TUITION AND FEES
5 week program: $1350
Family discount: Register two or more children (siblings) from a single family save $50 on
tuition only for the second child and any additional siblings.

MATERIALS

Participants are required to bring basic supplies: a notebook, pens, pencils, crayons, etc.

T-SHIRTS

One t-shirt is included with the paid tuition. Extra t-shirts may be purchased for $10 each. T-shirts must be worn on Field Trips and Picture day (will be announced in advanced).

FIELD TRIPS

July 15, 29 and August 12
Fridays from 8:30am – 6pm our participants will board an air-conditioned bus, chaperoned by their teachers and staff. Authorization forms will be provided in-person.

DROP-OFF & PICK-UP

Students must be dropped off during breakfast times in the Student Lounge.
Students must be picked up during dismissal times from Student Lounge.
If your child needs to be picked up early, you must contact/stop by the office.

During summer months, Essex County College is closed on Fridays, therefore, a $10 late fee will be charged if your child is not picked up by 6pm.

AUTHORIZED PICK-UP

Names and phone numbers of authorized individuals for pick-up must be provided. These
persons must also show ID upon arrival. A form will be provided in-person.

AFTERCARE

Aftercare is available Monday through Friday.

MEALS

All Summer Program for kids participants must bring their own breakfast and lunch. Please note we cannot refrigerate your child’s lunch.

HEALTH HISTORY/ MEDICAL RELEASE

This form must be completed at time of registration; listing all allergies, signed by parent or legal guardian and returned with a CURRENT copy of the child’s immunization record from their Physician. NOTE: Parent/guardian must administer medical injections or allergy kits to their children. Participants with inhalers, must be able to administer the dosage to his/herself, it must be labeled with their name and kept with the participant during program hours.

STUDENT CONDUCT

Upon registration, this form will be given and it should be reviewed by the parent with each participant. This is an agreement between the participant, parent and Summer Youth
Program which states appropriate/acceptable behavior to be followed. All participants and parents must read, sign and return the student conduct form prior to start of their program.
