No After-Care on Fridays


Participants will be required to bring basic supplies such as a notebook, pen, pencil, crayons, etc. Details will be provided during the parent meeting. In addition, there are countless materials and supplies that the department provides which are utilized to aid in the instruction for the various programs. Therefore, we charge a $15 fee per student/per session to offset some of these costs. No discounts on material fees.


One t-shirt is included in the tuition cost. Extra t-shirts can be purchased for an additional $10.00. T-shirts must be worn on Field Trip days and Picture day (will be announced in advanced).

Field Trips

Every Friday from 8:30am – 4:00pm, youth will board an airconditioned bus, chaperoned by their teachers and staff, for a day of educational and fun activities. NOTE: during the summer months, the college will be closed on Fridays. Therefore, a $10 late fee will be charged if your child is not picked up by 4:00pm.


If you WISH to have your child stay after regular program hours, you must register him/her for After-Care for an additional $25/week. This service is available Monday through Thursday only. NOTE: THERE IS NO AFTER- CARE ON FRIDAYS.


Breakfast and lunch will be provided to participants enrolled in the program. A daily menu will be provided during the parent meeting and anytime thereafter. Be sure to review the menu everyday. Children should bring their own breakfast/lunch if they will not be eating what is on the menu on any given day. If your child is allergic to any food item, you must provide a substitute and this information should be noted on the Health History/Medical Form. There will not be any meals served on Fridays (Field Trip days). Children must bring their own lunch.

Drop-off Location

Students must be dropped off in the Cafeteria, 2nd Floor, during the arrival time period (8:15am – 8:50am).

Pick Up Location

Students must be picked-up between the noted dismissal time (4:05pm – 4:15pm) from their classroom, unless they are enrolled in After-Care. Classroom locations will be provided at a later date.

If your child needs to be picked up early, you must contact/stop by the office (Continuing Education Dept., 3rd Floor, Green Area). Program schedules rotate throughout the day, therefore, participants will not be at the regular dismissal location until 4pm. Therefore, it is necessary to pick up him/her from the office. Advanced notice would be appreciated.

Authorized Pick-up

Names and phone #’s of authorized individuals for pick-up must be provided. These persons must also show ID upon arrival. A form will be provided in-person and during the parent meeting.
