How do I register my child?
Registration is simple! Just print and complete the registration form from this website and bring it to our office. Complete a registration form for each child. Remember, you must register your child for four courses. The time for each course can be found in our brochure. Registration deadline is June 14, 2013
Health Information
Parents must submit completed health forms and immunizations records for participants in the Summer Program. Health forms will be distributed at the Information Night Programs. No child will be permitted to participate in the program without this information.
