Women's Basketball Assistant Coaches
Asst Coach Amil Mitchell
Asst Coach Amil Mitchell is in his second season as an assistant coach for the Lady Wolverines, and assumes the Head Assistant duties for the first time in 2011-2012. He specializes in working with the Lady Wolverines perimeter players and also assists in overall player development and recruiting
Coach Mitchell received his associate's degree in Liberal Arts from Morris County College and Bachelors Degree in Mathematics from Bloomfield College. Mitchell was a two year starter at Morris County and also at Bloomfield College. Mitchell has been giving back to the community as a volunteer tutor the past nine years and has been providing academic support at ECC.
Asst Coach Bryon Nash
Asst Coach Bryon Nash has been coaching women's basketball for more than 15 years with positions at August Martin High school in New York and currently Essex County College. His duties include strength and conditioning, working with the post player's player development, scouting, and shooting and overall player development. He is also invaluable as a Certified Personal Trainer. Coach Nash studied shooting technique with Ted St Martin and Ed Palubinskas and is a member of the National Basketball Shooters Association. He attended Queens College in NY.
