Why ECC?
On-line registration for the Fall 2021 Semester at Essex County College is underway. The College’s Fall I Semester starts Thursday, September 2, 2021.
In-person registration will be held August 23-26 and August 31. Fall I classes run through December 21, 2021. Weekend College classes will be held from September 3 to December 18, 2021.
The College follows all CDC recommended safety guidelines including wearing a mask and social distancing while on campus.
A majority of the Fall I classes will be held on campus. There will also be virtual on Zoom, hybrid (a mix of virtual and Zoom sessions), and independent online classes offered.
The College is requiring all students taking classes on campus, as well as faculty and staff, to be vaccinated against COVID unless they receive an exemption.
“Essex County College offers more than 50 Associate degree programs and Academic Certificates in a wide range of disciplines. Essex graduates transfer as juniors to many New Jersey colleges and universities, as well as top schools around the country. Register early to get the classes you want,” said Dr. Alvin Williams, Executive Dean of Faculty and Academics.
