December 20th, 2021

On-line registration for the Spring I 2022 Semester at Essex County College is underway. The College’s Spring I Semester starts Monday, January 10, 2022. Students may also register in person from January 4 to January 7, 2022.

Spring I classes run through April 28, 2022. Weekend College classes will be held from January 14 to April 23, 2022.

The College is requiring all students taking classes on campus, as well as faculty and staff, to be vaccinated against COVID unless they receive an exemption. The College also follows all CDC recommended safety guidelines, including wearing a mask and social distancing, while on campus.

Classes will be held on the Newark campus. There will also be virtual on Zoom, hybrid (a mix of virtual and Zoom sessions), and independent online classes offered.

“We are confident that you will find courses that will fit your schedule, and are compatible with your social distancing comfort level. Our goal is to ensure you are safe and secure so that you can continue your educational pursuits,” said Dr. Alvin Williams, Executive Dean of Faculty and Academics.
