Why ECC?
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) — This accredited nursing assistant training program is approved by the New Jersey Department of Health. The curriculum includes classroom lectures with lab and clinical experience and prepares trainees to sit for the NJDOH written examination and the required skills evaluation. CNAs are eligible for employment in long-term care and assisted living facilities, adult medical daycare, and some hospitals.
Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) — This course prepares students for entry- level positions in private medical offices, hospitals, home health care agencies, nursing homes, clinics and diagnostic centers. CCMAs perform clinical and administrative functions that keep health care delivery systems running smoothly. Courses include Medical Office, Phlebotomy & EKG. CCMA’s are certified by the National Healthcareer Association and can receive 3 certificates in CCMA, EKG & Phlebotomy, on successful passing of the exam.
Patient Care Technician (PCT) — This course prepares students for entry-level positions in hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics. The curriculum combines classroom and clinical training in Certified Nurse Aide, EKG, and Phlebotomy. Upon successful completion of the program and passing of the exams, the students are eligible to receive 4 certifications – CNA (NJDOH), EKG, Phlebotomy & PCT (NHA)
This course focuses on the essential IT skills and knowledge needed to perform tasks performed by entry-level IT professionals. It covers all areas of IT Foundations, creating a broader understanding of IT.
This course prepares the student for the A+ certification exam. A+ is the certification preferred by employers for Technical Support and IT Fundamentals. CompTIA A+ is the industry standard for launching IT careers into today’s digital world.
This course provides participants with a strong foundation in business office skills, warehousing and customer service, with successful program completers MOS certified for MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint.
Provides participants with the opportunity to enter the field of Supply Chain Management. Certificate courses offered included Intro to Logistics, Warehousing &Transportation, and Customer Service, Successful completers will be certified by a nationally recognized certification body CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals).
