All specifications must be picked up at Purchasing Department, room 6108 during the hours of 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM, and all Bids and RFP’s, must be returned to the same location and received prior to the closing date and time. The College assumes no responsibility for any bid or proposal mailed or misdirected in delivery. Late bid/proposals will not be accepted or considered.
