Office of Compliance


The Office of Compliance aides the College in ensuring that conduct, operations, and activities associated with the College are of an ethical nature, maintained with the highest level of integrity, and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements.



To establish and maintain an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law.


Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of Compliance is to assist Essex County College in achieving their financial, operational and strategic goals while maintaining compliance with all associated laws, regulations, standards, policies and by-laws.
