The Office of Compliance aides the College in ensuring that its conduct, operations, and activities are of an ethical nature, maintained with the highest level of integrity, and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. The Office of Compliance further serves as a strategic partner of the College in establishing and maintaining an organizational culture that encourages ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law.

The Office of Compliance has developed and follows the Compliance and Quality Improvement Program (Program) in connection with its functions and operations. The Program is intended to: (i) promote ethical conduct and a commitment to compliance with the law; (ii) identify risks, practices, patterns, or omissions to prevent and detect noncompliance; and (iii) collaboratively implement remedial measures and monitoring systems. The Program is further intended to ensure an efficient, collaborative, and effective approach to the College’s compliance practices and monitoring.
