Uwill Students’ Mental Health and Wellness
Essex County College students have access to Uwill, a confidential mental health and wellness service designed to provide support when you need it. Through Uwill, students can connect with licensed counselors, access wellness resources, and receive support for stress, anxiety, academic pressures, and other personal concerns. The employee assistance program (EAP) is a free benefit offered to employees by their employer and includes a range of confidential services and resources to help with problems employees face in their everyday work and family lives.
