Title IX Training Materials (2020 regulation Requirements)

Federal regulations, specifically 34 C.F.R. Part 106.45(b)(10) requires institutions of higher education that receive federal funds, which includes Essex County College, to publicly post starting August 14, 2020, training materials used to train Title IX personnel at the College. The list below includes some trainings prior to August 14, 2020, that relate to the implementation of the 2020 Title IX Regulations. The College will continue to update this website to the extent necessary to comply with Title IX and its regulations.
