Admission

All cash payments, financial aid awards, agency/employer vouchers, and tuition waivers must be submitted by the payment due date.  Payments can be made through the Tuition Payment Portal at: https://myportal.essex.edu

Students who decide not to attend must officially drop courses online within the published refund period (found in the ‘Tuition Refund Policy’ Tab) or they will be held responsible for full payment of the adjusted tuition bill.

The college reserves the right to drop registrations without the minimum payment required.

ACADEMIC YEAR 25/26:

Spring I 2026 & FOCUS Semesters (Three Payment Plan):

  • Register November 13 – December 16, payment is due by December 16, 2025
  • Register December 17 – January 5, payment is due by January 5, 2026
  • Register after January 5, payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due February 3, 2026
  • Third payment is due March 3, 2026

Spring II 2026 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due March 3, 2026

Spring 2026 – NRS104 Semester (Three Payment Plan):

  • Register through 3/13, first payment is due by 3/13/26
  • Register after 3/13, first payment is due at time of registration
  • Second payment is due 4/14/26
  • Third & final payment is due 5/12/26

Summer I 2026 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Register March 9 – April 28, first payment is due by April 28, 2026
  • Register after April 28,  first payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due June 3, 2026

ACADEMIC YEAR 26/27:

Summer II 2026 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Register March 9 – June 30, payment is due by June 30, 2026
  • Register after June 30,  payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due August 4, 2026

Fall I 2026 (Three Payment Plan):

  • Register March 9 – August 20, payment is due by August 20, 2026
  • Register after August 20, payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due October 6, 2026
  • Third payment is due November 3, 2026

Fall II  & FOCUS 2026 (Two Payment Plan):

  • First payment is due with 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due November 3, 2026

Winter Intersession 2026:

  • Register for only Winter Intersession through December 15 – full payment is due by December 15, 2026
  • Register for only Winter Intersession after December 15, full payment is due at time of registration
  • Register for Winter and Spring I classes, combine both terms in the Spring I 2026 semester payment plan

Spring I 2027 & FOCUS Semesters (Three Payment Plan):

  • Register November 9 – December 16, payment is due by December 16, 2026
  • Register December 17 – January 5, payment is due by January 5, 2027
  • Register after January 5, payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due February 2, 2027
  • Third payment is due March 2, 2027

Spring II 2027 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Registration begins January 26 with payment due within 24 hours
  • Second payment is due March 2, 2027

Summer I 2027 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Register March 9 – April 27, first payment is due by April 27, 2027
  • Register after April 27,  first payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due June 13, 2027
