Admission

All cash payments, financial aid awards, agency/employer vouchers, and tuition waivers must be submitted by the payment due date.  Payments can be made through the Tuition Payment Portal at: https://myportal.essex.edu

Students who decide not to attend must officially drop courses online within the published refund period (found in the ‘Tuition Refund Policy’ Tab) or they will be held responsible for full payment of the adjusted tuition bill.

The college reserves the right to drop registrations without the minimum payment required.

ACADEMIC YEAR 24/25:

Summer II 2024 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Register March 11 – June 25, payment is due by June 25, 2024
  • Register after June 25,  payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due August 6, 2024

 Fall I 2024 & Weekend College (Three Payment Plan):

  • Register March 11 – August 20, payment is due by August 20, 2024
  • Register after August 20, payment is due within 24 hours of registrabURtion
  • Second payment is due October 2, 2024
  • Third payment is due November 5, 2024

Fall II 2024 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Payment is due with 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due November 5, 2024

Winter Intersession 2024

  • Register for only Winter Intersession through December 16 – full payment is due by December 16, 2024
  • Register for only Winter Intersession after December 16, payment is due at time of registration
  • Register for Winter Intersession and Spring I classes and combine both terms in the Spring I 2025 payment plan

Spring I 2025 & Weekend College (Three Payment Plan):

  • Register November 11 – December 17, payment is due by December 17, 2024
  • Register December 18 – January 2, payment is due by January 2, 2025
  • Register after January 2, payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due February 5, 2025
  • Third payment is due March 5, 2025

Spring II 2025 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due March 5, 2025

Summer I 2025 (Two Payment Plan):

  • Register March 10 – April 23, payment is due by April 23, 2025
  • Register after April 23,  payment is due within 24 hours of registration
  • Second payment is due June 4, 2025
