• U.S. Department of Energy Minority Education, Workforce and Training Program grant deadline: Oct. 18.
• U.S. Department of Energy Stewardship Science Academic Alliances Program grant deadline: Oct. 29.
• U.S. Department of Agriculture Capacity Building Program for Non-Land Grant Colleges of Agriculture grant deadline: Oct. 31.

Nov. 2019

• HACU IES Abroad Scholarship open to students who are currently attending a HACU-member HSI. Spring calendar year deadline is Nov. 1.
• U.S. Department of Agriculture Scholarships for Students at 1890 Institutions Program grant deadline:  Nov. 8.
• U.S. Department of State summer 2020 Critical Language Scholarship Program, a fully-funded study abroad program. Application deadline: Nov. 17.
